1. About MotoSpyder
MotoSpyder is a digital service offered to auto repair shops to manage bookings, service reports, tire storage, and customer communication. The service is provided as a tool for workshops and includes interfaces for vehicle owners to interact directly via forms, email, and booking pages.
MotoSpyder is operated by Stream Shed AB, Reg. No. 556788-5818, based in Spånga, Sweden (“we”, “us”).
2. Roles and data responsibility
MotoSpyder is the data controller for information related to workshops as customers, such as:
- Company name, registration number
- Contact person name, phone, email
- Login information, subscription and billing data
MotoSpyder is a data processor when processing data that workshops store about their customers (vehicle owners). The workshop is responsible for:
- Collecting any necessary consent
- Informing their customers about data handling
- Complying with applicable data protection laws
MotoSpyder processes such data only per the workshop’s instructions and agreement.
3. What personal data we process
About you as a workshop representative:
- Name, email address, phone number
- Company details (registration number, address, subscription level, payment status)
- Login credentials (password, role)
About workshop customers:
- Name, email address, phone number
- Registration number and vehicle data
- Booking data and service history
- Tire information and storage location
- Notes, photos, and PDFs
Technical data:
- IP address, browser type, session info
- Cookies (see separate cookie policy)
4. Purpose of processing
