Terms of Use for MotoSpyder

1. General
These terms of use ("Terms") govern the use of the MotoSpyder service ("Service"), provided by Stream Shed AB, org. no. 556788-5818, based in Spånga Sweden ("We", "Us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms.
The Service is intended for auto repair shops that wish to manage bookings, customer registers, service reports, and tire storage digitally.
2. Definitions
- Customer: A workshop that has registered an account.
- User: A physical person with login access to the Customer's account (e.g., technician, admin).
- End customer: Vehicle owner whose data is handled via the Service.
- MotoSpyder: The digital platform and associated services.
3. Access and Use
The Customer is responsible for:
- Ensuring only authorized persons access the account
- Ensuring customer data is recorded correctly
- Ensuring the Service is not used for unlawful or improper purposes
MotoSpyder may update the Service and fix issues without prior notice.
4. Accounts and Security
The Customer’s account is personal and non-transferable. Users are responsible for keeping passwords secure. Suspected unauthorized use must be reported immediately.
MotoSpyder reserves the right to suspend an account in case of Terms violation.
5. Payment and Subscription
The Service is offered as a subscription based on the selected plan and any add-ons. Fees are invoiced according to the current price list. MotoSpyder reserves the right to adjust prices with 30 days’ notice.
The agreement is valid until further notice and may be terminated with 30 days' notice.
6. Personal Data Processing
MotoSpyder processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. See:

7. Availability and Maintenance
We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
MotoSpyder is not liable for:
- Loss of data caused by Customer handling
- Damages from incorrect use of the Service
- Indirect damages such as lost income
Our liability is in any case limited to the amount paid by the Customer during the past 12 months.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
MotoSpyder owns all rights to the Service, including software, design, texts, and trademarks. Customers may not copy, republish, or create derivative works without written permission.
10. Term and Termination
These Terms apply until further notice. The Customer may terminate the agreement via written notice or through the admin panel. MotoSpyder may terminate the agreement for breach of terms or non-payment.
Upon termination, customer data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
MotoSpyder reserves the right to modify these Terms. In case of significant changes, users will be informed via the Service or email. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall first be resolved through dialogue. If not possible, the dispute shall be settled in Swedish court, with Stockholm District Court as first instance.
